How do I install the MultiPlay Video Poker CD?

Instructions for XP systems:

1. Put the disk in the CD-ROM drive and shut it.
2. Click on start and then click on My Computer.
3. Right click the MPVP icon.
4. Left click the word "Open."
5. Double left click the "Setup" file.
6. That should start the installation.

Instructions for all other Windows version:

1. Put the disk in the CD-ROM drive and shut it.
2. Double click on the <My Computer> icon on your Desktop.
3. Right click the MPVP icon.
4. Left click the word "Open."
5. Double left click the "Setup" file.
6. That should start the installation.

How can I play the MultiPlay Video Poker game?

To play the game (assuming the installation was successful) you should:

1. Put the disk in the CD-ROM drive and shut it.
2. Click on <Start>.
3. Go to <Programs>.
4. Go to <Masque Games>.
5. Go to the Masque Games entry and it will expand to the right, click on MultiPlay Video Poker

Note: If you have many items on your <Start Menu> and you can't see it on the list, then look at the very bottom of the list for a small black arrow pointing downwards. Go to that black arrow, to view the bottom of the list.

Why does it ask for the CD when I already have it in the drive?

Make sure that there are not any scratches or smudges (fingerprints) on the shiny side of the disk. Remove any that you find with a soft cloth. If you still cannot play you should exchange the disk for a new copy. Please send the CD to:

Why have I lost sound in the game?

You need to update your sound card driver.

Do I have to have the CD inserted in the drive when I play the game?

Yes, you must insert the CD in order to play. The game is built that way.

Why is the movement of the reels in Spin Poker jerky?

You need to update your video card driver as follows:

How do I know what version number of the game I am running?

Go to any machine and pull down the help menu. Click on about and it will tell you the version number. Check our updates section of the website to see if a later version number is available.

Why can't I find the Spin Poker game? All I get is the Triple Play poker?

You can find these on the "More Games..." screen. Look at the lower left corner for the "Hands" area and click on SPIN. Then click on the game you wish to play.

Why does it keep resetting my score after I turn off the machine?

Pull down the options menu and click on preferences. Make sure that there is no check mark in front of "Reset CREDITS on startup."

How do I change a machine to a different Pay Table?

From the machine, click on the red SEE PAYS button. Click on a different table and then exit. Answer yes to the question.
