Why on some machines is the Play 9 Lines button grayed out?
Those machines were never intended to allow 9 lines play. They are the Game Maker Multi-Game format and they use the same machine for many different games. Some of those games allow 9 lines so they put in a 9 line button, but others only allow as few as 1 line, so they gray out the non-used buttons.

Why do some of the machines have problems keeping my credits and bankroll straight?
We have corrected this problem with the update to version 1.0.1, to get this update click here.

Why don't I get paid on certain scatter wins?
Depending on the machine, usually scatters must be on adjacent reels, although they can be in any position on those reels.

Why don't certain wins light up when I get them?
Scatter wins don't light up when they pay you for them.

Why don't some machines let me play more than 3 per line?
Our simulations of these machines are exact to reality. The machines that some of the games come from is used to play many different games. Some of those games do not allow you to bet 5 per line, so our simulation does not allow you to do so.
