Why do I get an error message as soon as the installation finishes?
You can prevent this message by installing the program again. After you click yes to the licensing agreement, you are asked where to install the program. Erase what is on that line and type in 'C:\program files\masque games' and click on the next button. Click next again. When the installation says it is finished, click on the Finish button. The game should then start up. You should also download the latest update for this program from our website.

Why are some of the payouts incorrect?
You can solve this problem by downloading and installing our patch file.

Why on some machines is the Play 9 Lines button grayed out?
Those machines were never intended to allow 9 lines play. Some of those games allow 9 lines so they put in a 9 line button, but others only allow as few as 3 lines, so they gray out the non-used buttons.

Why don't I get paid on certain scatter wins?
Depending on the machine, usually scatters must be on adjacent reels, although they can be in any position on those reels.

Why don't certain wins light up when I get them?
Scatter wins don't light up when they pay you for them.

Why have I lost sound in the game?
You need to update your sound card driver.
