Journey to the Moon

Description

Inspired by the Jules Verne classics!

In this first person point & click adventure, you'll take on the role of Jules Verne's hero Michel Ardan, and eccentric and intrepid French scientist. He embarks in a space capsule with 2 American colleagues, a 'shell' thrown from the earth, with the intent of landing on the moon and conquering its dark far side.

However, whereas in the novel the mission fails, leaving them contemplating the lunar surface from afar, in this fascinating adventure game, Ardan succeeds! It's up to you, then, to progress the story and check out Jules Verne's theories on lunar life.

Wander the moon's surface in an unstable but breathable atmosphere. Witness amazing events, such as the explosion of plant life. Discover strange creatures and fantastic locations such as an ancient temple and other mysterious ruins. But be careful, as you will also encounter a subterranean civilization inside the moon; and while they are highly intelligent, they are also a highly secretive and suspicious race.

As questions arise, you'll need to search out and find answers to these mysteries, plus it's up to you to find a way back home.
