Q: Why won't the game start up?
A: If you have the iPhone or iPad version of SnackJack and the game doesn't start or crashes while playing, please try the following: Press and hold the Power button on the top of the device for a few seconds until the "Slide to power off" message appears. Slide the slider and wait until the screen turns off. Then press and hold the Power button until the Apple logo appears. Once the device has restarted, the game should work properly.
